“Very poor. I ordered a hat to be embroidered and they sent me the mock up for what it would look like and then sent me a blank hat.”

“i'm not being ugly by giving you two stars, but I don't like how the hat looks like an antique white faded yellow. It's nothing white. It looks like white. That's been dipped in Clorox and turned yellow..”
