I'm at nine weeks now and I have not received a complete order nine weeks after they receive payment I have not received my complete order it is caught in customs and they blame me it gets caught by the United States Postal Service and they blame me but they are the shippers so if I'm correct here I pay my job Is done and the shipper is responsible for shipping the things in for me receiving them they don't seem to understand this point. “Absolutely horrible paid May 31 it is now July 8 their second package got intercepted because of incompetence who mails something eight days when it's a two day shipping point? And I just get a notification from the post office that they're trying to send something for me from overseas with a signature required which I told them don't ever send me anything with the signature required and they never told me they were sending it. The last package it took eight days to get here from three states away was also seized. and their solution is to not listen to the person in America who is telling him not to ship stuff over the holidays but they do what they wanna do because they're thickheaded foreigners who don't know what they're doing look at the reviews of all the messed up orders considering every piece of my order was messed up considering brand size National international total junk excuses excuses excuses by their employees they couldn't just take responsibility and say yeah we messed up and we're going to get it out and we wouldn't be leaving all these horrible reviews but they don't wanna take responsibility so I'm gonna have to force responsibility on them”
