I'm at nine weeks now and I have not received a complete order nine weeks after they receive payment I have not received my complete order it is caught in customs and they blame me it gets caught by the United States Postal Service and they blame me but they are the shippers so if I'm correct here I pay my job Is done and the shipper is responsible for shipping the things in for me receiving them they don't seem to understand this point. “Absolutely horrible paid May 31 it is now July 8 their second package got intercepted because of incompetence who mails something eight days when it's a two day shipping point? And I just get a notification from the post office that they're trying to send something for me from overseas with a signature required which I told them don't ever send me anything with the signature required and they never told me they were sending it. “Shippers took eight days to get two states away never got delivered sent video footage to USPS they want to file a claim to get the money or the package back but the shipper will not call USPS to give them information about anything to give me my money back because the only insured it for half of the value of the package and I've been waiting for this since May 31 so do yourself a favor save the aggravation the scumbags keep sending me a tracking number And I keep sending them something after the tracking number from the post office saying they messed up because it was on videotape that your guy was not there when he said he was and they're gonna try to find the package or give me my money but they only insured it for half of the price of the product so I'm another hundred dollars from these people”
