“We booked for a course of Friday after school sessions, but the day before the first class I was told there hadn't been enough interest in the Friday class and we could either send him on Tuesdays instead, or cancel altogether and receive a refund.
Tuesdays aren't convenient for our family's schedule, but my son was excited about going and I didn't want him to miss out, so I reluctantly made alternative arrangements for work and childcare to make it happen.
I have now emailed THREE times to request a refund of £11.50 for the class we missed out on. Not impressed at all and wish I'd never signed him up in the first place.”
