“The reason for the 2 stars is that their follow-up is terrible. I had a question regarding the size of the product I received and asked for additional information (twice). I have yet to receive a reply.”

“The product is a quality stencil that worked well after I viewed the video and tried out several paints. The project was a simple lettering for a sign. I selected an industrial paint pen and went to work. The stencil worked well and produced a sign that looks good and is easy to read. I especially liked how easy it was to clean and how durable it is.”

“I love the stencil , my project turned out beautiful. However, I received the same stencil one week later. Obviously I didnt order two so I sent an email trying to find out how to return the second one. I never got a reply back or a phone call. I could not find a phone number on te website. I am waiting to see if I get billed for it. I dont want to get charged for it and would like to return it. Other than that I love the company and plan to use it again!”
