“While I received the Sterra as promised, that is where the "customer service" ended! It was too big for my space but when I attempted to contact customer service for return instructions, it was impossibly challenging! NO response and NO phone contact but ample message that there was a strict time limit for return with credit!
Returned to address on invoice in the carton only to learn that that was not the correct address for returns. Fortunately, my shipping agency IS CUSTOMER SERVICE friendly and contacted me. I have now returned the Sterra to your preferred but difficult to find address! Have now paid shipping TWICE! You probably have a very good device but the customer service is dismal!!”

“I was a little skeptical about this air purifier but saw the reviews and thought I'd give it a try. I have 3 cats in the house and although the house is cleaned weekly fur still floats through the air. Once it was installed I immediately saw a difference with significantly less fur settling on table tops and counters. The air in the house smelled much fresher faster after cooking and it circulates air nicely. I highly recommend this product. Especially if you have pets. “I bought two. Love the easy flip up/down and colored light. I use upstairs and downstairs. Great air flow and I prefer the air flow “noise”. It helps with a white noise for my dogs and helps me sleep more soundly”

Ok, I accepted that, spent the 50.00 for a clean filter.
