“Absolutely Horrible Experience - Total Scam
We paid Steve Appeal $11,000 (half of the invoice) for a couple of terrible mockups with no product delivered. The mockups were not only weeks late but also of shockingly poor quality—completely unusable. After multiple attempts to contact Mark about the issues, he ghosted us—no responses, no updates, just silence. When I finally sent a formal letter requesting a refund, they pointed to their terms and conditions with a quick "sorry" and refused to take any accountability.
We only received a few bad mockups and never received the actual product. This company is a scam, 100%. They take your money, deliver subpar work, and then disappear. Avoid them at all costs.”

Everything is right, from the hat color to the logo and design, based on the method I shared with them. The text rising makes the hat look perfect. I am surprised to see this level of perfection in the stitching quality. I can see stitches from the start to the end of the cap. Also, the adjusting stand at the back seems durable, robust and made up using a good quality strap.

Being a startup, it was my very first experience with a manufacturer, and I finalized an activewear design with my brand logo and brand name over it. We initially agreed on a good sample product that was up to my expectations.
But, on receiving the final batch, I found some articles that were out of size. I was worried and contacted their support team to complain. They reconciled the initial requirements, accepted their mistake, and repaired the unfit articles. Also, they sent a complementary hoodie specially for me with my brand name and name written over it. Loved this kind gesture of Steve Apparel.”

There was also sexual misconduct among other inappropriate things happening‼️ You will be sorry if you come here. The project I paid for never came to life and the website was never published. Please do not do business here I beg you. They literally know what took place and still tried to blame it on me. Please if you love your money do not spend it here. Their attitude is also rude and nasty. You are literally throwing your money in the trash. They will tell you not to pay attention to the reviews because they know that they are wrong and will not give your money back once the order is placed. I'm trying g to save you from the pain this place has caused me.
