“Thoroughly disappointed – These guys cut my sink hole wrong. Plain and simple. They never bothered checking how I wanted it, didn’t run through the plans after templating and then when I complained Mr Bristow himself accused me of just wanting to grab a discount/refund. Finally someone else tried to ‘resolve’ by offering for Steve Bristow to get a made to measure sink to hide the issue. I agreed. After a long long wait and then being sent copy plans for this new sink twice (and themselves coming to remeasure) with the measurements still being way out it was plainly obvious that they were not interested in sorting this out. I accepted a measly compensation and still don’t have what I wanted to buy. Not once has anyone from the company apologised that I didn’t get what I wanted. The blame seems to lay throughout the company from the initial sales lady to the templating guys and then Mr Bristow himself for the rude and out of order talk when I complained. I’d strongly recommend going elsewhere.”
