“Fraud. I advise everyone not to buy a car from this dealer. He sold me a broken car with numerous faults, claiming that everything works perfectly. The check engine light on the Vauxhall Meriva is on and the cabin smells of oil. For two weeks I called the broker Zuto asking that he wanted to give him the car. I managed to return after a lot of effort and stress. I paid a lot of money to insure the car and have it checked by a mechanic. At the end the dealer did not return my £400 deposit. Fraud! I reported the dealer to the police, now waiting...”
“Fraud. I sell very damaged cars, slightly refreshed and reset errors that after 1 day of use pop back up. I bought a car from this dealer and the next day the check engine light came on and the inside smelled of oil. After 2 weeks of hard torment, I finally managed to return this junk to them. Cars from this seller are post-accident with major faults. Unfortunately, he did not return my deposit. He's not answering the phone. Terrible customer service. I incurred high costs with insurance and resignation of insurance and the cost of the deposit which was not returned to me. I advise against!”
“The worst seller I've ever dealt with. I bought a car from him and the next day the engine indicator light came on showing failures. The car sold me broken. I was waiting for a week to repair. He took the car to be repaired and after the next week he stopped repaired, but after driving only 5 minutes the engine started again! Later it was difficult to contact him, he doesn't answer the phone, he avoids. A lot of stress and costs with car insurance cost me to finally give this emergency car with a broken engine. I haven't recovered the deposit cost of £ 400 yet. Do not buy from this dealer if you do not want to have problems in the future.”
“One word that I cannot express enough is AVOID. This company is beyond terrible with false promises to sort a problem at the start with constant lies about awaiting parts to terrible communication.
I had my car a couple of months and the head gasket blew and damaged the engine. I contacted the company and they wanted me to send the car to some dodgy looking back street garage at my expense…… I think not! They have shown no professionalism nor empathy to the situation and my financial loss.
I seriously advise you to ignore the temptation of a car from this company and go elsewhere because the chances are it has been purchased from auctions with many faults and they WILL NOT rectify when, not if, it goes wrong.”

Where do I begin… Single handedly the worst car dealership, car sales and after sales care I have ever experienced and heard. Purchased a car from them back in March and after months and months, issue after issue and little to none contact from them.
Firstly, my part ex that I brought in mysteriously had a ‘severe oil leak and the head gasket needed replacing’ after test driving the new car. They then proceeded to offer me £400 less than what I asked for, even though I knew for a fact there were no issues as I had recently had the car serviced and looked over by a friend who would have made me aware of the issue.
Magically my part ex was sold a couple of days later to a new buyer, posted with no reported issues…. Magic that!
To top this off, they didn’t send off the traders slip/ ownership paperwork off in time so I was receiving parking tickets, speeding tickets and tax related issues, although they clearly stated they would send everything off and I would not have to worry.
I have been fighting the appeal process with DVLA for the past 6 months to tell them the car wasn’t mine at the time of this but this is only because Stewkley autocrat didn’t send off the relevant documents in time.
After asking them to send me the relevant documents, they ignored me entirely, even blocked my phone number at one point. Even when I was able to reach them on an alternative number, they would terminate the calls or promise a call back that never happened.
The new car I purchased had an issue with the fuel gauge sensor so they made me go to multiple garages for quotes, then tell me that they will take it to one of their mechanics, some little crackhead end shed in Luton with a 2.9 star rated company…
As I had no choice other than their mechanic, they took my car to get it fixed. Upon its return, I had to call them as I didn’t hear anything. Surprise surprise… They then tell me he couldn’t fix it sorry…. Upon collecting my car, I noticed my dash cam was missing… weird. The wire had been taken out and the dash cam was in my glovebox.
Concerned, I then reviewed my dash cam footage to see my car being driven around on the motorway, residential roads and even at out of hours times in the evening… They then pulled into a residential address and disconnected/turned off my dash cam. I questioned them… and they said yeah we took it off. No apologies, no other comments.
They do not file the relevant paperwork to full completion, nor will they take any liability when sending the traders slip off late. I have now been left with a £80 fine from DVLA for their negligence when processing important documents.
What I am saying is, please do not use this place, this business is a shambles and shouldn’t be running. The staff are useless and the after sales is non existent. DO NOT leave your part ex with them whilst you go for a test drive, unless attended by someone you know at all times. Do not use this business, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.”
