“I bought key chains from sticker mule a while back, and unfortunately I did not love the quality. The images were exposed on one side, making it easy to damage them. On top of that, they started sending political emails. Even if i did like the quality, i can not be associated with this company any longer as it would be bad for my personal buisness being how open they are about their political. Really bizarre for a sticker company.”

“I ordered custom pin badges and they came with the pins on the back in all random directions rather than in the proper direction. I emailed customer service and they said I should just twist them around myself. Not great, right? But I tried, and 90% were impossible to twist in any direction. Waste of money.
Then they sent me political spam of the worst possible kind.
Awful company, avoid.”
“Ordered stickers a few years ago when I lived in an apartment and the package just kept circling the building for weeks. Customer service did nothing about it and when I asked if the address was displayed wrong on the package (I typed it in correctly) they said it was my fault if it was wrong and that I just didn't get anything. No refund, no sending me my product again, no figuring out what happened. Thank you for drinking my money and continuing to keep advertising to me years later after me not even getting my product. Been praying on their downfall for 4 years now.”

“Customer service is INFURIATING. After three years of business and over $10k in orders, I asked for a reprint (worth $100) as the color was substantially darker than the digital proof. They then respond gaslighting me and speaking to me patronizingly that it was entirely my fault and that what I see in the digital proof is just not going to be how it gets printed. They told me because I approved the digital proof I am out of luck even though they have zero in house quality control apparently. I asked to speak to a manager on Monday as it’s the weekend to get this issue resolved to which they ignored my request and just offered a $50 credit despite it “printing better than expected” (I wish this wasn’t a direct quote). You literally cannot tell the difference between the reds and blacks which on my file is VERY distinct. Not to mention the horrific political emails they have sent out. Needless to say, I think they lost a customer for good.”

“The stickers are more or less what you can get from any of the other sticker places (Sticker Giant, Sticker Robot, Sticker Beat, etc), but the CEO Anthony Constantino is a right-winger who fills your email box with right-wing propaganda. He was literally promoting Trump after he'd said disabled people should just die.
There are a dozen other alternatives, and probably this company should just die.”
