“I was sent a product in non-operative condition. When I contacted them about repair, return, and/or refund, they asked for a video and ID information. I provided all requested information, video, and included photographs. That was the last I heard of them, $189.99 plus tax gone to some scam shack in China. Do NOT do business with these people under any circumstances.”
