“Product good and a reasonable price but we cannot waste time waiting in for deliveries that never turn up. A delivery promise of "by 6pm" is bad enough in this day and age, but to then not even bother to turn up without any notification is unforgivable.”

“I've been placing orders with Stockpak for several years and always been very happy with the ordering process, quality of the product I order, cost and the prompt delivery. I've always given 5 stars but unfortunately can only give a 3 star rating this time. This is purely because the product in the colour I usually order is out of stock and not due back in until the beginning of next year. My next choice is also out of stock and although I've been able to order an alternative it's not in a colour I would usually pick.”
