because their system says that I signed for the delivery?!@ I explained again I was not home at the day of delivery, and did not sign.

Despite no evidence of a delivery attempt—such as footage of a driver at my home—StockX has been uncooperative in resolving the issue.

The delivery of my purchase took longer than I was told. The verification process was the hold up. Response to my multiple emails took days. Very slow customer service. If you are willing to wait 4 to 5 weeks for your purchase, then Stock X is for you. This is the second and last time I’ll use their website.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! DECEITFUL!!! When placing an order it tells you the seller has 2 business days to ship to StockX. It's been 2 weeks and seller just is in the process of shipping to StockX. It's outrageous to wait a month for sneakers. They also charge Processing Fee $4.95 and Shipping fee $14.95. You could forget about reaching a live representative!!! And yeah sit around and wait for them to reply to your email. You'll turn blue. Do yourself a favor & order from legit companies like Nike, Dick's sporting goods, Footlocker, Champs... ( 3-5 days delivery FREEEEEE!!!!)

We sold them and they refused to give us our payout claiming that we didn’t have an official UPS dropoff receipt - even though we provided them with a proof of delivery to the buyer.

As instructed by my bank to refuse delivery and send the other 2 items back, they have become a constant virus to me.

Never again for an important event will I order from this company! First day of school was ruined a week ago when they didn't show up and now weeks after I ordered they tell me they are backed up indefinitely and there is no delivery date.

Worst company to deal with. Sends me trash quality sneakers. Nike text logo not finished. Stitches all over the place. Its bad. Need to wait long time for customer service, also delivery and such. And still..customers service just wastes your time. Avoid.

I was going to be away so rescheduled delivery through the delivery notification email/service provided to me through UPS (to protect the item).

I have proof of delivery with the weight documented at the UPS store and they refuse to help me because I lost my drop off receipt.
