“The heater arrived on the day stated , easily fitted to wall. The weather has been too warm to give them a good test, but I imagine they will be as good as expected. Prompt efficient service. Well done. Paul Johnstone.”

“We are very satisfied with the reaction from the selling agents, believed to be Merinal Ltd. The problem appeared to be with the couriers. Firstly they delivered 1x heater 2 packs of 2 bricks on Thursday morning. . Later in the afternoon, same day , the same courier Menzies/Oban Express delivered yet another pack of two bricks( one damaged). I phoned Merinal , and received a great response, and clearly their customer service is of a very high level. Earlier today(Friday) another pack of two bricks arrived delivered by the courier Menzies/Oban Express. I would like to thank the courier manager at Merinal (believe that his name is Bob) . He dealt with our enquiry complaint in a very professional manner giving us comfort that our enquiry was being dealt with by someone who knew exactly what he was doing. A rare thing nowadays. As one of the bricks was damaged it has been agreed that bricks/brick will be replaced. We can now go ahead with installation tomorrow, hopefully. again thanks to all involved. WE find your service Very good. The conduct of the courier is questionable, and they need to look into the logistics of their delivery service.”

“No problems at all......your ordering system was excellent and the driver arrived early and was very helpful, having to bring the heater up a longish and uneven alley way. The ' beast' is now outside (in the rain..covered..) until the electrician comes... I will review again when it's all working. Would be quite pleasant to have it on this cool wet evening!”
