“The Panel Heaters were delivered by a third party, who just wanted to dump them and run, but not Storage Heater Sales fault. Fitted 4 already and just waiting for the missing brackets and screws to arrive to fit the last one. Easy fitting and efficient operation. A better design of the wall mounting brackets to prevent the movement of the heaters in the slots when fitted, would make them excellent.”

“The night storage heater is good. the packaging was good but the delivery service was rubbish. I asked for the driver to give me a call 1 hour before delivery but he wasn't instructed by his company. I tried tracking my delivery so I didn't have to wait in all day but the only update stated that it was at the delivery depot. the tracking was not updated when it was put on the lorry so It cost me a days wages waiting for a night storage heater. I would recommend your company again if you use a better delivery service.”

“Product arrived quickly but had no notification from delivery company, so did not know when to expect it. Not installed it yet but no visible signs of damage to packaging.”

“New storage radiator was delivered as promised - Slight damage to the wooden pallet but the goods were unblemished I had the radiator in position within a couple of hours and my electrician was able to make the connection to a previously installed and appropriate socket. A few inches of mains lead would have been appreciated - fortunately the electrician carried some. all in all i'm very pleased , and warm”
