“My husband and I would like to say the service we had from speaking on telephone to order our heater was first class, we ordered our heater on Tues. 5th July and it arrived on Friday 7th July free delivery to Belfast N.Ireland we were very pleased with our purchase. The delivery man was also very helpful and very pleasant”

“I was pleasantly surprised to find a company that did what the man I spoke to on the Phone told me would happen with the delivery of my order, exactly as he had forecast. and I was very happy with the storage heaters supplied, a bargain at the price paid. I would certainly reccomend Storage Heater Sales to anyone thinking of purchasing new storage heaters.”

“Once I had decided on which storage heaters I wanted to replace my old heaters,storage-heater-sales were by-far the suppliers providing the best price,delivery options to suit me and great customer service when I contacted them.My heaters have been delivered and now installed at a huge saving on prices quoted by three other companies.Cannot recommend more highly,William Wilson”

“Ordering and paying were very simple and advice sought and given was good but packaging for delivery was EXTREMELY poor - dangerous to man and product. Call me on 01666 823737 to discuss further the way of packaging and palletisation which was poor and dangerous to the delivery driver and myself could be improved. Colin Quaife”

Good Morning, Thank you for your feedback and we are pleased to hear you were happy with the customer service you received. As per the delivery, we deliver over a 1000 storage heaters a month packaged in the same way for over 35 years and have never had any problems. The storage heaters are delivered in this way as it is the safest and most cost effective way. If we were to deliver every storage heater on a full pallet we would have to charge £32.50 +vat to the customer. It would also be a waste of space for the courier company as they would not be able to fully utilise the trucks. We are sorry you felt the delivery was not safe and can only look into it to see if maybe the pallet was damaged in transit making it not safe. If you could send us some pictures of the pallet it arrived on and we will look into if it was any different to the others we send out. if you could send them to sales@storageheatersales.co.uk I look forward to your response and hope that we can resolve any issues.
