“I have not been able to get Naviate MEP to work for me. I bought a subscription weeks ago and my Revit always gives me an error message when I try to use it. I've reached out to customer service for help and have gotten no response from them other than “it should be working now”. Please reach out to me as I would like to cancel this subscription and get a refund.”

“At first I got kinda angry because there was no advice (before purchase) that it would take a couple days to activate. When someone buys this tools usually is because they see them as a way to save time, specially if we are under high pressure projects, so buying it and rather not having it as soon as one pays for it feels kinda like a fraud, but aside from that I would say the team kept in touch and focused on solving the issue and the tool itself works fine although seems less strong than the previous version. At least continuos beams should be addressed and also it would be quite nice if connections could be adressed to, because on nodes beams have to be detailed different and it takes quite a bit of time.”

Hi Victor Thank you for your feedback, it's really valuable. We have tried to make it as visible as possible, even adding that you can run a trial for 30 days. We have recently released our Connection features, so lease update your install. For future releases we are adding 1 -2 new features, and in June it will be additional features like "Foundation" and "Split Rebar". Jan Tore Naviate Team
