“Pretty rubbish for a company that it is supposed to look at detail and record what they see in writing and with pictures (as much as possible). They did the check in and out for me - missed a significant number of things on both and of course, that make any claim impossible which defeats the purpose of this service all together and of course, in their clause they are not responsible for anything - Find yourself a professional and spend your money there as this company is a waste of time and money”
“I was pleasantly surprised to be able to speak to Mark Lazarus on a Saturday morning. I was able to book online, a check-out inventory to be carried out on Monday 13th September.
I received the report on 19th September it was well presented, with detailed reports of each area checked, and had photos to supplement the report.
