“Brilliant service,, from the moment you enter the clinic and are greeted by Bradley or Sophie (at the welcoming desk )you are treated with so much care and attention.. amazing Dr Emily has transformed my ageing face She is SO good at her job,, talking everything over with you from your expectations to her knowledge of what is best for you,,(before and after pictures attached) Absolutely amazing,, Thank you Dr Emily”

“I have never felt so at ease…and for someone who is petrified of needles, that’s a big statement! Lucy and Dr Alice are honestly the most wonderful women I’ve ever encountered…So knowledgable, professional and supportive; they made sure I was super comfortable throughout both my skin consultation and jawline filler ‘tweakment’. From the moment I walked through the door the team delivered an incredibly personable service which removed all my nerves. The thorough walk through of every step made it clear I was in the safest of hands! I can see why Story in Southwell has such loyal customers, what an absolutely amazing service…I can’t wait to go back!”

“An excellent experience. Everything was explained by Dr Alice who was attentive about my particular needs and concerns, she was amazing. Down time after my first treatment was minimal, the care package , which was explained in detail, has made the process of care very easy. I can’t wait for the next treatment”

“On arriving at the clinic yesterday I was immediately made to feel at ease. I am a nervous patient but was well looked after until my appointment time. Dr Marcus mehta is the very best cosmetic doctor in aesthetic treatments and I can back this up, because I have visited many clinics before. Would highly recommend!!!”
