And the email service is no better because I had to wait for days to get any kind of response with a bland message about a service I never ordered. I was furious and happy at the same time. Furious about their poor service and happy I didn't have to pay for anything!”
“A safe spot to do business has always been a top priority for me, considering the number of staff and clients moving around everyday. I picked a day for Stratus to come in and do some magic. They cleaned, alright, but there were several obvious spots that remained unchanged. It was embarrassing because customers noticed these areas. I do not recommend these guys.”

Even 2 weeks out, apparently, there is no room unless you want to eat lunch at 3 pm. They act as if they had a Michelin star and that their food is enough to keep them in business. I can’t wait to see this yuppy unoriginal trash close down in a year, like every other one in NYC before it”
