"Movers didn't act responsibly for their actions. They were supposed to have four guys there loading and a person filling out paperwork and only the guy filling out paperwork and his teenage son showed up. Caught the teenager sliding boxes down the stairs and then putting items at the base of the stairs which caused a problem with them bringing items down the stairs. When they brought the washer and dryer down I caught them bringing it down with a dolly but they weren't easing it down the stairs so it was bouncing down the stairs. Both the washer and dryer now have dents where it bounced up and down on the dolly. About 5 hours later two more guys showed up. To move out it took almost ten hours for these guys to move us out and when we moved in it took almost the same amount for another company to move us out of another residence and unload it. So you can see these long distance movers weren't organized. I wasn't able to leave NV until around 8:30 PM and had a seven-hour drive to do. Then when they were unloading there were supposed to be four guys unloading and the guy that was filling out paperwork and another showed up. When they were unloading I caught the supervisor moving a wheeled microwave cart on a dolly and ran a wheel of the microwave cart right into the curb. He took the cart off of the dolly and turned it over where he noticed that he broke the caster right off. He wrapped up the blanket around this area trying to hide what he did. When they got it in he didn't even admit what he did and just turned around and walked out. I looked at the cart and yes the caster was broken off. I really can't see why he tried to use a dolly to move the cart as he had the wheeled side down but carrying it with a dolly. Yes, there was a blanket covering the while cart and casters. He could have easily taken the blanket off and wheeled it in properly. They brought boxes into the house where they had light boxes on the bottom and heavy boxes on the top and they just dropped them down which crushed the bottom light boxes."
