I ordered my first shirt on the 18th September (Thursday), it arrived on the 21st (Saturday) very fast service in and of itself, but even so there was a £10 gift voucher inside the parcel to apologise for it being a day late. Got my next shirt for just £1.50 because of it! (A custom shirt before postage is £9.99)
