"Worst customer service I\u2019ve ever experienced- products arrived faulty - failed collections and my time wasted waiting in for them. Tried to speak to a manager - told I can\u2019t as they are on holiday ( one manager on the whole business ( lie) - told its a failed collection - but no one came to the house. Told I have to pay for return myself - more time and money wasted. Tried to log a formal complaint to get the matter resolved and I\u2019m still waiting for this.\r\n\r\nIf feel very much like all the effort to resolve this and actually get a refund for the faulty items is on me. Horrendous."
