“Had a ordear that was supposed to be delivered 2 weeks ago been in touch h with studio stateing not received but has been put on my account asked them to cancel it no reply wats so ever will definitely not be ordering again and closing my account”
“Ordered sets of drawers 8 months ago they sent the order twice 8 attempts to get collection of the extra drawers now nearly 9 months on still no refund no phone number to call them on and just emails from different people everytime I try they have admitted on email they have the drawers back but not refunded me absolute theft DO NOT ORDER FROM STUDIO since it changed hands worst company ever dealt with o can not understand looking at other reviews how they are still trading and breaking laws so clearly”
“They delivered damaged goods last August and gave consistently failed to collect the item for return. They have simply threatened me to force me to pay for the goods. I have arranged collection on over 8 occasions. You cannot speak to anyone. It is all on-line. THIS COMPANY IS PART OF THE FRASER GROIP. NEVER USE THEM OR ANY OF THEIR OTHER COMPANIES”
“Bought a sofabed which ripped at the seams in several places, and had only been used 3 times.
Reported the issue to Studio, 2nd November and despite numerous emails have had no response until today. I am told they cannot do anything without an independent report on company headed paper.
I realise this is a cheaper sofabed but would not expect it to rip on minimal use.
Their customer service is appalling and cannot actually speak to person.”
“Sent an I opened item back studio signed for it on the 3rd October and I'm still having to email them because they have only partially refunded they payment and I'm now getting letter saying I need to pay, I refuse to pay for something I haven't had. AVOID AT ALL COST THEY ARE CON ARTIST AND JUST AFTER MONEY. Picture shows date and time they received item”

“Been a customer for many years but the last two months they have been absolutely ridiculous!!
Placed an order queried it on many occasions to see when it was going to be delivered even rung up waste of time the customer service are they then cancelled the order no explanation.
Just placed an order again one email came through confirming order 2 minutes later another email stating it’s been cancelled no explanation!

“Don't even bother with this company their customer services and the way they treat customers is absolutely shocking. I placed an order at checkout as it said I could have 6 months pay no interest I then got my bill in to say I now can't have this. Complaints department is absolutely useless so they will be using a customer as I won't buy from them again and neither will my family and friends. Don't waste your time on this useless company staff don't even listen to your problems to even try to resolve! I have asked to now shut my account down guess I be waiting a long time for them to do this as well”
“Lots of choice on all kinds of objects from clothes, cookware, garden objects, toys, cards and wrapping. Goods always arrive in good time and condition. I also like the personalisation option on some of the gifts which makes them special, and it is free too.”
“Studio is the worst retailer I have ever had to deal with, they accept orders from you, telling you the items are available. Then after you have made your payment you are then told the items is sold out. To return goods you have to pay, this is after you have paid delivery, its very difficult for a customer to cancel an order. If you try and cancel your told to wait until it arrives at your home then just return it. All of which you are paying for, returns are paid for by the customer. All this time goes bye and they still have your cash and the customer does not have what they want. Shocking service. would never recommend. One star is generous.”
