“Bought two pairs of extra long black boys school trousers after a recommendation on a group for tall people. My son is 6ft 4in and very slim. These trousers are perfect for school. The adjustable waist is exactly what he needs and they also come with a belt too. I ordered the 35in leg length and i do need to take them up a bit but with the option that I can let them down as needed in the next two years left at school. I would highly recommend.”

“I use Sturdy Kids for all my grandson's school uniform and some casual wear. I always receive a very good service, and when I have rung them The sales people have always been very polite and helpful I usually receive my orders within 7 working days of placing the order I would recommend them”

“The first purchase of long trousers was perfect. Buying the equivalent in shorts turned into a saga. The difference in waist sizes was unbelievable. We were unable to get the assistant to understand that the long trousers were perfect in fit, but the shorts fell "short" because the waist was oversized. and that was even according to their measurement chart! Not very impressed.”

“So initially I really loved the trouser my sons had several pairs over the years. However the first shorts i ordered after two weeks came undone at the seam and so I ordered another 2 pairs of shorts a size bigger and the same thing happened which was disappointing as they were not cheap.”

“There is a reason I’m giving 2 stars. The quality is alright. It is full of polyester, which should naturally be cheaper. The charge is in the fit, right? What really bothers me is that the customer pays for everything. I paid for my order, rightly so, but on top I had to pay for the delivery of the order. Ok. And do not forget that if I need to return some stuff because the fit might not be the best, I then have to pay for the return delivery charge too. Adding this on, it is cheaper to buy better fit, better quality from M&S and pick it from local shop for free. I made about 4 orders from your company, but the return charge on top on my last order just push my buttons the wrong way. Not with my money.”

“Product was almost perfect for boys, and would’ve given 10 stars except cannot use them because of the crotch height, they are really tight. Boys and men need a deeper crotch for obvious reasons and the trousers made me uncomfortable just looking at them.”

Hi and thank you for your review. Our range of trousers covers both shalow and deep seated boy's trousers. Younger boy's need a more shallow seat so that their trousers aren't 'Simon Cowell' like (sorry Simon!). It sounds like the trousers you purchased may have been designed for a younger child. “3 pairs of trousers for my 15 year old..6 days in and one the hem completely undone and another pair ripped between the legs. Poor poor quality also extremely poor customer service as they couldn’t even be bothered to respond to my email. Money is tight for everyone but only me and paying that bit more for extra sturdy trousers because you think they will last so it’s worth that not more and for them to do this just isn’t acceptable.. will not use this company ever again. Customer service 👎.”
