“I had previously ordered a few pairs of school trousers for my son from here a year ago as he has sensory issues and the only ones he would wear. I ordered 2 pairs of shorts for school 4 weeks ago and still haven’t received. I have emailed also and no response. Really frustrating as it’s so hot out, by the time I eventually might receive them, he will be finishing school for the summer! They are the only waist he will wear comfortably. At a loss now and I’ll probably have to get his trousers I bought from here altered into shorts so he has some at least. Really disappointed.”

This is very dissapointing to hear as we did email you to notify you that we were awaiting stock, due to an unexpected delay with our manufacturers. We always do our best to keep our customers up to date with their orders. “There is a reason I’m giving 2 stars. The quality is alright. It is full of polyester, which should naturally be cheaper. The charge is in the fit, right? What really bothers me is that the customer pays for everything. I paid for my order, rightly so, but on top I had to pay for the delivery of the order. Ok. And do not forget that if I need to return some stuff because the fit might not be the best, I then have to pay for the return delivery charge too. Adding this on, it is cheaper to buy better fit, better quality from M&S and pick it from local shop for free. I made about 4 orders from your company, but the return charge on top on my last order just push my buttons the wrong way. Not with my money.”

Thank you for your feedback. Our delivery and returns policy was clearly stated before you made your purchase, so it is a shame that knowing this, you have commented as you have. We would love to be able to cover the cost of delivery and returns, but sadly this is not viable for us as a small business.

“Product was almost perfect for boys, and would’ve given 10 stars except cannot use them because of the crotch height, they are really tight. Boys and men need a deeper crotch for obvious reasons and the trousers made me uncomfortable just looking at them.”

Hi and thank you for your review. Our range of trousers covers both shalow and deep seated boy's trousers. Younger boy's need a more shallow seat so that their trousers aren't 'Simon Cowell' like (sorry Simon!). It sounds like the trousers you purchased may have been designed for a younger child.
