The material to the entire color scheme where completely off. I immediately requested a return only to find out they offered me 20% of what I paid. Hell NO! The quality of the clothes on the website looks really good & reviews on their website are 5⭐️ ! In reality - the quality is inferior and, I don’t know who’s written those reviews, but I can’t find a single good thing to say about them. It took over 3 weeks for all items to arrive.
Sale items CANNOT BE RETURNED. StyeWe do everything they can to put you off returning items.
Return items are at your own cost. Beware beware return address is in China and at YOUR OWN COST. The cost of my returns was £26. & took several emails back & forth to obtain the return label - although emails were replied to generally within 24 hours.

The Quality of items are super poor, they only give 40% refund back to customer if you want to return the items (and the customer need to pay the return shipping fee either.).
The shape of these cloth are completely not the same as the image. (totally different)”

“I ordered $260 worth of clothing and wanted to return just about everything - poor quality and badly fitting. I pushed and pushed them for information on how to return. They offered me 25% of the refund money. (Some people I see pushed them up to 44%!) I refused and sent the clothing back ($32 postage). The parcel was never opened and was returned to me. This company is a huge scam.”

“On February 11, 2023, I ordered a two piece pants set. Never once did they send me a confirmation. I waited until Feb 22 and tried to contact them. I sent them several emails with no response as of this date Feb 25, 2023. I finally find a chat line for them and contacted the customer service to complain about not receiving a tracking number nor any responses. The online customer support stated that my items were on back order and the company were sold out but waiting on a new shipment to come in but have no date. I requested a refund, they told me my refund would be refunded back to my account in a few days, that was on Feb 23rd no refund yet. Luckly, I paid with PalPal who is now investigating this company and stated if this company do not respond within 5 days they will refund my money back to me. This company is horrible in China. I wish I had read the over 2,000 complaints about this company first, before I ordered any merchandise. SO BEWARE. I will never ever, order anything from them again. This is why Americans try to buy American Products because these type of companies and fraudulent and scammers. I have read so many complaints where they accept your money but never send any merchandise. THIS ONLINE SITE NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN.”

“It’s a trick. A Chinese company totally misrepresenting what they sell. I ordered 158 usd worth of items. They are of an appalling quality. Size small is huge, width and length ( I’m size 8 in Britain. 50kg and 165cm - absolutely standard height and typical weight for my size) Nothing fits. They are not professionally made. The material is cheap, the stitching is rough and all items are very badly put together. So I went online within 24 hours of receiving the items to return them. No return option. I then contacted a rep via online chat. Shocking. They told me that somebody will get back to me within 24 hour via email, then they offered me 44% off total order so I keep it, then when I still requested the return address, they offered me 55% off, and then, finally, they disclose that the return address is indeed in China!
None of this information was available at the time of purchase. They hide the fact that you have to spend a fortune on returning the items to China and use that fact to keep your money. I’ve never had such an experience online-it is a con!”
