You are correct, I did place an order, however it never arrived. I was refunded the amount of my order, but not the 20:00 shipping and handling, which I should also be refunded for. There was no shipping and handling on a product that was never sent. And this is wrong. I was really looking forward to my purchase.

I would give a zero if I could. The slip cover nothing like the pictures. When I sent it back it went to the post office near the business. They did nothing to help me. They also sent the wrong color but would not refund the postage. At this time I have not received a refund of any kind. Would never by from this company.
