“FINAL FINAL UPDATE:
All below the dotted line is a running commentary (therefore accurately represents the situation of the time of writing) over the course of a 4 week period which I updated regularly after I placed an order with SubscriberZ.
A few days after refunding me (as detailed at the bottom of the page), SubscriberZ reinstated my initial order and fulfilled it for free (4 weeks late), and have contacted me today, firmly petitioning to update/delete the review or otherwise getting Trustpilot involved (in other words attempt to get this review pulled as SubscriberZ don't like it). Of course, that's the reason I believe they gave me some free service after the fact. I have formerly requested they take back those subs, I did not request any free compensation, I do not want it and is no proof of being a reliable service provider in the future.
To SubscriberZ: I will NOT delete the review, but SubscriberZ, I have updated this review to reflect the current events, as you insisted by the manner of your last email to me claiming defamation. What friendly people you really are!
And it's fair I sign off with this final statement. SubscriberZ refunded and gave me the order for free (I DIDN'T ASK FOR ANYTHING FREE AND I DO NOT WANT IT. TAKE THE SUBS BACK). None of this writes off the conduct of this company, I endured drawn-out over several weeks. I'd have preferred to pay in full and get prompt service, timely support, and no lies. Unfortunately for me, I got terrible service, no support until posting a public review here and lies. I categorically have no faith or trust in their services.
So it's completely fair this review is out there. A review is not just the subject of the end result, but everything in-between too.
Tried them for the first time with a small order to dip my feet into finding out if the service is any good. Well, pretty terrible as it stands. 24hrs after making the order, the status was listed as canceled without any details why. And no refund. Waste of money, so basically ripped off. Avoid. Hope this helps others.
16+ days later they have not replied to my email ticket, or follow up inquiries. Update (02/07/20): SubscriberZ has since removed my access to my support ticket on their website. Since they ignored it completely, it's no surprise.
Interesting how they reply to the positive reviews but ignore the negative ones!!!
UPDATE: I received a message from SubscriberZ (responding to this review through Trustpilot, but they have failed to respond to 3 emails directly to their support) asking for my order details so they could look into the problem. They then admitted it was a problem with their system's canceling orders. They made an attempt to restart my order. Within 24hr, the status canceled again, and have been ignored since. SubscriberZ so far has demonstrated to be incompetent or fake service, I'll update if anything changes. The takeaway is, if they mess up your order you've lost your money, tough luck!
ANOTHER UPDATE: Contacted again by SubscriberZ through Trustpilot. I was offered a refund this time, 'ONLY' if I deleted this review first. No chance, I won't be bullied. The other option offered was reinstating the order; which I chose, and it's been stuck in *'Processing' for the last 48hrs. Basically no service and coming up to three weeks since I paid, even though they claim on their website (quote) "delivery usually begin within one hour after placing your order".
*72hrs later the order canceled again before starting.
Seriously do not use SubscriberZ, it doesn't work, ignore you unless you post a public review like this, and have exhibited bad manners and lies in the communications I've had with them. A terrible company, avoid!
FINAL UPDATE: SubscriberZ has taken the decision to cancel my order and issue a refund as they can't do their job. This public show of this companies incompetence and these regular updates is clearly not good for them. So this is the last update, glad to see the back of them. Wasted lots of time, but sharing my experience to help others.”
