“I received the wrong plant in my order and one of the succulents was dead beyond fixing. The other succulents had missing leaves due to very poor packaging. I have tried contacting them over 5 times already to get the right plant sent or a refund and I have yet to hear back from them at all. Terrible experience !”

I got better quality succulents from other shops in Etsy (they also came from CA) and their packaging and shipping were way better.”
“My 2-8 " plants were shipped supposedly bare root. It came in pieces with ends covered in dirt and not wrapped individually. Much of these plants, the leaves were mushy. There were some pieces with tiny roots or no roots at all. The heat packs I paid for were still warm, which was good, but the plantings were horrible
