“I order placed on 29.Juli 2024 for five suits through website.
Unfortunately, after a month-long wait, I only received four suits, and that too of local market quality(see Attachment), which does not match the products listed on website. This discrepancy in quantity and quality is highly disappointing and not what I expected.
Furthermore, I had already reached out to support team via WhatsApp, and I was assured that the issue would be resolved and that a refund would be issued for the incorrect suits. However, it has now been over 3 months, and I have not received any further updates or the promised refund.”
