“I received the 1 QT of Summit Hot Rod Satin Clear SUM-UP205Q that I purchased online. It was received with semi-dryed paint around the lead and in the box. It was promptly replaced with another leaking can. Since they cannot take back leaking products, I have to overpack the two cans of paint in a 5-gal drum with absorbent and deliver it to my local Hazardous Waste site at my own expense and time.”
“Ordered something on expedited shipping from US to Canada paid $81 US which equals about $130 Canadian to be shipped. Tracking said it was going to be delivered by end of day Friday. Now it's not going to be till Monday. Very bad.
Customer service was garbage.
Email them. Spoke to them on the phone. Did nothing to help me out. I will not be ordering from them again.

“DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE IDIOTS AT SUMMIT! I put in a order, simple just a few parts, it just was a little over 100 bucks to get free shipping. They took 4 days to send I email saying they need to verify my card!! All info and addresses were filled out on website. I never had a company have to verify my info! So I cancelled it cause they didn't ship out yet! TRUST ME IT WILL BE WELL OVER 2 WEEKS THAT THEY STILL WONT HAVE RETURNED MY MONEY! CAUSE ITS BEEN 10 DAYS AND NOTHING, THEN IT TAKES A COUPLE FOR MY BANK TO CLEAR IT BACK! SCREW THESE MORONS!! YOU NEED TO STEAL MY MONEY AND MAKE INTEREST OFF IT SINCE YOU HAVE TO RETURN MY MONEY!! YOU TOOK SAME DAY!!”
“While rep was polite at (+1 330-359-1337) I ask for some options as there were a few,, there alse were an assortment of products to install and better than a grand worth of parts I needed and was able to messege jexxs and was offered 2 options , supporting part numbers , question I had about ceramic headers and hardware I bought as I was impressed with the service and if I can't get the summit rep to talk I'm sure if I had a problem that would be no fun to deal with.. it is just a toy I'm sinking 10 grand in so no worries, I have a way to work. Needless to say the 600 dollars in my cart I won't be ordering. These folks don't need your business so don't ask much of them. I founded the company I'm with 3 1/2 decades ago and I learned long ago for every bis that don't care to help you there's a dozen that will.
