Sun Life Customer Service Representatives who support Sun Life policyholders in Sun Life call centres are treated poorly. Staff have to start work c. 5-10 minutes early each day and unpaid to log on to old equipment. It is unethical. Their free time is just taken from them. Staff must comply.

They provide a bit of security in times of uncertainty, the payouts cant match the big name big pay ins of some of the companies but they provide the only product that most of us can afford and they do it with good service
