“Sun Life Customer Service Representatives who support Sun Life policyholders in Sun Life call centres are treated poorly. Staff have to start work c. 5-10 minutes early each day and unpaid to log on to old equipment. It is unethical. Their free time is just taken from them. Staff must comply.”
