“I can prove with documents from the bank that i did pay 26.58 per week for 3 month after that i did receive an email from them which says that the payment has been declined by my bank,lucky me i was in the bank at that time and the bank worker did told me no payment has been requested from sunshine mobile so they will give you a £5 phone and a useless SIM for £300 the they will ask you to pay another 3 month if you want a phone or they will close your account and all what you get is a lousy £5 nokia STAY AWAY FROM THOSE LIARS AND CROOKS!!!! Better save money and buy a phone they will never give you one!!!”

“1 star and thats only beacue i have to put a star so i can write a review. Woudnt waste your time with this company ordered my phone in March got sim card ok a week later. 2 payments went out my account and money has always been in my account for them to prosses my weekly payments amd surprise surprise they havent taken anymore than 2 payment from me. So now end of may should have got my phone and i havent got it contacted them and now they are fobbing me off becuase they are trying ti say i have only ever made 2 payments. Yes 2 payments have gone out the rest have been 0.01p. No contact at all between there customer service team to say there had been an issue untill i contacted them why 0.01p had been taken out every week. Porr customer service lack of communication and no respect for there customers. Please watch this company they put you in a false sense of security that all payments will automatically be taken from your acoiunt and 12 weeks later your phone will arrive which is totally BS. Now im stuck with a brokwn phone and almost £70 paid for something i havent and now not going to receive.”
