“I’ve heard it’s really good so I thought I’d go for the flexible payments , this tricks you I was told my first payment would be 32.99 but when you confirm your bank details your 1st payment is actually double u only get a glimpse of it ... not very happy at all”

“I think this company is not all it is up to be the wording on the advert is confusing and makes it look like you get the phone straight away as soon as I found out about this I cancelled before my SIM card came I cancelled the same day the money came out they still posted it I sent it back at my cost recorded delivery don't know why they could not just cancel the sim then decided the charging me £20 fee for cancelling it on the same day money came out several emails later no joy then passed me on to some one else saying that if I keep putting bad reviews on it will be slander I thought a review was to view your point and the amount off bad reviews there is I cannot see any one being done for slander I will be putting review every week they say I will do this until I get my £20 they owe me well that's black mail well I don't want the money it is the principle not the money then they phone me and with them also breaking the law they did not tell me my call was being recorded PLEASE READ EVRY THING”
