“I’m wating on a refund and still wating bin 4 days they took 75 pound and said it’s 52 pound now says pending 10 it seems to me to be doggy has any one had a refund from these and got money back”

“Haven’t received anything as yet but I have just applied! The application process is simple but it does say you don’t make a payment until the order date but I was asked to pay a fee when applying so I think that needs looking at. Otherwise a very simple application. We will see if it’s worth it soon enough 😀”

“Company supposedly sent me sim car and expected me to wait another 8 weeks for phone to put the sim card in they were quick enough to take money now they won't refund until I return the sim card I did not recieve askednif was sent recorded delivery now they won't reply”

“It's the worst company stay away it say it's Mth pay then after u put your bank details in it's take the money straight away before u have got ur phone then it takes 30 pound a week instead of mth iv had to block my card and get a new one as u can't cancel and I tried the same day as I took the contract you only find out that's it's weekly pay instead of mth and you don't get your phone for 8 wks but u still have to pay 30 a week”

“Had to pay for 8 weeks (which I understand why) 8 weeks had pasted, still no phone! I called up to find out what was going on. Got told I had to pay a further 4 weeks for them to dispatch the phone! I stated that it was ridiculous and that I wanted a refund as paid for a service I couldn’t use and got told no refund could be made!! Bad customer service women on the phone was rude!!”

“Signed up in January 2020. Have taken £30+ a week totalling nearly £700. Never received a handset nor any communication in that time, so I threatened to report as fraud to my bank. Rather than make any effort of contact they just closed my account. Trying to recover the money they said they do not owe me anything and that the 14 day cooling off period had passed. Obviously at this time I was unaware they were going to steal near £1000 from my bank and they did not uphold their side of the contract following this 14 day period. You can’t just take £700 from someone and not return a product. All I asked for was a device, and after taking £700 in payments they said I’m not even entitled to that. I’m currently discussing with a solicitor as they’re not signed up with ombudsman when they should be. Sincerely advise everyone to avoid. How they can sleep at night is beyond me. GFY sunshine”
