“Sunshine mobile is not what its cut out to be, it states on there website you will receive your handset once you have made 12 payments, i am still waiting for my phone, its been 14 weeks. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone they RIP YOU OFF. they are a joke.”

“Ok where do I start they say pay 13 weeks and you get your phone WRONG I paid for 13 weeks and was told you have your phone in 14 days it took 30 Days they say put a 5 star review on here and you will get £20 Credit. The staff are rude and swear at you and you get told the MD will not send you a phone until you do is review. When you get the phone they lock it so you cannot back it up or access bits off the phone. When you ask them about it they put the phone down. I have now got training standards looking into the company”

“Bad customer service.. not enough info. Went online chat spoke to brandon. Took ages to reply back didnt give me sufficient info. Due to this i am cancelling before any payment is taken. If you want customefs you habe to firstly have good customer services. Thanks”
