“Have been with supanet for 11 months and can honestly say that it's the worst internet , phone and TV provider I have ever encountered. The phone line didn't work for 11 months ,I was paying £18.99 a month for this service , the internet is so slow at times I couldn't even retrieve my emails and it also shuts down sometimes for hours . The TV which supanet provides through appy TV sometimes works . watching any football is so frustrating as the buffering is awful and if I do manage to watch a film it usually stops half way through. Have been in contact with supanet so many times . My contract with supanet finishes February 2018 and I will definitely won't be renewing it .”

“Customer service is fantastic but as an internet provider, it is not the greatest. The internet always seems to stop working randomly but I will hand it to the tech team, they always do everything they can to help.”
