“I had a very disappointing experience with Supcase. I received the wrong phone case and have been given the runaround trying to return it. After four emails, I still have not been provided a return address or a return shipping label. There is also no return shipping address listed on their website, which makes the process even more frustrating. Poor customer service like this makes me hesitant to ever purchase from them again. I would not recommend their products based on customer service alone.”
“I ordered a supcase for my Pixel 9 Pro XL. After a month, I received a case for a Pixel 9 pro which did not fit. I sent it back three days later. In the next several week I accidently threw away my training number. A month after I returned the case, I contacted them and they said they would not replace my case without a tracking number to verify return. I gave the a post office charge receipt and the address where it was shippedl They said the equivalent of too bad so sad. I highly recommend not buying any of their products if you think you will ever need customer service.”
“The pin holding the clip on the back of my Supcase cell phone holster backed out allowing my cell phone to fall from my belt but it landed on carpet. I could not find the pin or spring so I contacted the company about it and they immediately sent me an entire new case at no charge even though I only asked for either a new pin and spring or a new back.”
