Money has gone out of my account to this card. I have never signed up to this. I will be reporting this as fraud. It appears from other reviews here which they're trying to hide/have removed that this company has done this to a lot of people.

Disgusting behaviour, people are complaining about this company conducting fraudulent activity. I will be reporting this to Trading standards and using the complaints on this thread as well as other review pages as part of my case. We are in a pandemic, despicable behaviour and you deserve your company to be investigated for fraudulent activity

£199.95 taken from my elderly mother's bank account by Supercard! Bank stopped her card immediately and have refunded her.

A warning to you all please do not use this company I was transferred from another company to this company about something completely different and then I notice of my bank that I logged in and then 17 seconds on the on this site and it cost me £199.95 Like another person I never received any card or any welcome him back but now they said that I have to pay this money because I used this for 17 seconds

Didnt know anything about this so called card until I noticed the amount going out of my account. Never received a card or any discount on on how to use it. Phoned up to cancel today and they said it was set up by sports direct. New nothing about it. Hae now stopped it butsm £39.90 out of pocket discusted

They tried to take £69.99 from my elderly mothers bank account. Thankfully the bank did not allow the transaction to go through. People beware.

Just Hearn from my elderly 90 year old mum who had £69.99 taken fraudulently from her bank account from Supercard! Disgusting. Bank stopped her card immediately and have refunded her. Look out Supercard, the cops are on to you!

Hi I like to stop the supercard black as I am having difficulty in paying my bills I am on my own with my son and not much money coming in I get up set when they gey 20.00 out every month as I can not afforded it I have been trying to stop and they won't as I have not spent any think on it yet as I cannot afforded any think as I have a load of bills and with supercard black tacking money every month it up sets me as I am in debt with bills please stop thank you Debbie davies

Hi o cancelled my supercard black just hours after I booked it knowing I wouldn't use it to it's full potential and I have been charged £19.95p still I tried to ring you customer they hung up on me twice and wouldnt help me there is mothing saying how to claim your money back once you've cancelled

Bought something from Ideal World (TV channel). They offered £5 off if I took a free trial with Super Card. It wasn't clear that this meant that I had to find a way to cancel before the end of 14 days. I was then charged £99.95 for a full year's subscription. Dreadful company.

They are just rubbish taken money from your account and never resolve your problem I paid 22.97 for nothing... If a person doesn't want to go further they should return money back and i didn't receive any signing up email either so that I can cancel that in 14 days.

I joined by accident whilst buying something from Sports Direct thinking it was to do with the purchase. I then tried to ring and cancel and I couldn't get through. Couldn't see where to cancel on email. In the end I cancelled my direct debit as I had been charged £40 over two months. My bank told met to purse them to get it back - However, they rang me and told me they could only cancel my account I paid another £20!!! Obviously, I didn't pay anymore money. Surprise I then get an email to say sorry your leaving.......Don't sign up as it a nightmare trying to cancel!

supercardblack have taken another £19.95 out of my account when I have paid for and received goods plus £2.50 don't know what that was for. Not impressed.
