When I told him I could not receive the item on Saturday he processed a cancellation of my order and my couch was sent back to the warehouse and a refund supposedly processed.

I have had the worst experience trying to get a refund for an item I returned a month ago.

11 days ago a refund was approved and yet no money has been refunded to me.

Don’t waste your time buying from them, they sell fake products, their pefurmes don’t even last for 5 minutes, fake fake fake!!! & I’m not buying from them again ever. They don’t even want to refund on items

These guys are just. Thugs, thieves. I have been waiting for my refund for over a month now. Extremely disappointing. I will ensure people know about this.

I returned both bottles but only one was refunded because superbalist insist I only returned one.

On the 5th August I was advised the following: "We will escalate the matter to our warehouse team to check the sizes at the warehouse As soon as we receive any feedback, we will revert back to you We do apologise for the inconvenience this has caused" On the 10th August I was further advised as follows: "The retail team has suspended the item from the website They are currently investigating the item As soon as they receive feedback, they will let me know and I will then revert back to you Unfortunately, they are unable to provide a timeline for how long the investigation might take Should you want to log a return for a refund, you are able to log one for the item or alternatively, you can let us know that we should log one for you We do once again apologise for the inconvenience this has caused" I have checked the website today and this item is on sale.
