This is a really bad company to get involved in. Please do not waste your time or money on such an appalling company. Like a lot of people, I paid for taps. Unfortunately, I have tried unsuccessfully to contact them by phone. You are kept on hold for around 5 minutes then a voice tells you that there is no one who can answer the phone but to leave a message. Did that but no one has responded. Sent email and again no one has responded. Awful, awful company to get involved with. And it is absolutely misleading that they are based in Germany. Shame on this company. Not even worth one star - they are that rubbish. I have no idea if my taps will ever arrive. I will speak with my card to see if I can get a refund!

I live in the UK. I really wish I had read all the bad reviews before I parted with £1400 for a bath and waste for it. This company is based in Germany so why does it have a .co.uk www address?! Extremely misleading. Website stated 2-3 weeks delivery, it arrived 8.5 wks after placing order. We didn't like the bath when it arrived and wanted to return it. They quoted £170 for this, when website says £150 max. When I queried it and asked for the courier invoice they wouldn't supply. I waited days for responses for emails about the delivery date, and since I've asked to return them nothing - not one email. I've threatened to complain to PayPal (but as I've received the item and its as described, not sure if they can help) and I've now made a complaint to: https://www.ukecc.net/about-us/our-process.cfm who "provide free and impartial advice in the event of a cross-border consumer dispute where the consumer is resident in the UK. A 'cross-border' dispute is a dispute between a consumer and a trader where each party is based in two different countries in Europe (the EU as well as Iceland and Norway)" but they can't enforce - juts act as mediators and report to authorities if necessary. Perhaps if anyone who has issues uses this route it will help build a case for them (and authorities). I will be pursuing getting the bath returned, and a refund in whatever route is available - so Superbath, if you are reading this then it might just be easier to respond to my emails, arrange the return and give me a refund.

M Roberts. Do not deserve one star. Paid £293.04 for some in stock ( ? ) Items on 20/4/20. Over 7 weeks ago. Have sent Emails and had no reply. Have phoned 02033229157 and waited for someone to answer, finally put the phone down, tried that no again today to be told the company have some technical issues and was told to send another Email and they would reply within 24 hours. I told them I was contacting Trading Standards. Probably a waste of time as well. 😡

Do not deal with this company they do not deliver orders and charge anyway ! Then they are impossible to contact . I have now referred this to credit card company to act on our behalf.

Ordered item on 15/5/20 being advertised as in stock and shipped within 48 hours it’s now the 21/5/20 still no item , iv left 3 messages via there customer service email and rung phone which doesn’t answer , iv had no response from them regarding if the item has been sent or when it will be sent , the item is still being advertised as in stock and sent within 48 hours .

Please do not buy from this company! I am still waiting for my refund after lying to me they have the product. Why do you lie to your customers And the reviewed them selfs five-star you should respond to your customers

Disgraceful company. Sent wrong item which is completely obvious, wants my diasabled mother to repackage the bath again and pay half the price of the bath to send it back to Germany. Why are you even. Co.uk. Absolute lieing scammers

I have purchased in September 2019 a made to order Duravit vanity unit from Super Bath. Unfortunately, the drawer that was sent did not fit the unit. I have been trying unsuccessfully to get Super Bath to arrange the new piece to be delivered. Super Bath has been totally unhelpful. They never pick up the phone and do not respond to emails. It is now February 2020 and I am really worried Super Bath will never fix the problem. I strongly recommend you do not use this company

I ordered a Geberit 100mm offset flush pipe on 3rd February for a bathroom renovation, and this part is really important as it is a possible solution to having an offset concealed cistern. It website indicated that it was in stock and delivery would be in 3-5 days. February 9th I emailed and asked where my item was as it didn't appear to have been dispatched. It was during this follow-up time I realised that the company is not based in UK but actually in Germany. I received an email reply saying that the item was posted on 8th Feb, however when I checked today 11th Feb the status on the Superbath website showed that it is "in process". This means that the email I was sent was probably a lie. I've been lied to about the availability of the item, and I have been lied to about it having been dispatched. The company is not a UK company, and their promise of a fast, efficient service is not true either. There are many other bathroom suppliers who are operating honestly and efficiently. Whatever you are looking for, don't get it from Superbath.co.uk Oh and if you're wondering about the street location indicated on the website... it's just a postshop.

Today we phoned the police in Germany about this company. What they are doing should be totally illegal. They have got our money, not delivered ur products, refused to answer the phone or emails and never explained anything to us. We are so angry to be treated like this. A scam company. Do not buy anything from them!!

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. Ordered well before Christmas. 2/3 not arrived. Absolutely no help from customer services who evade our calls. Trading standards involved. Don’t touch them!

Items advertised as in stock with 48hr dispatch are actually out of stock and when you call after waiting a week are only told then. I was told the thermostat will take 3 weeks to get to them and it will say this on the item page. The page clearly says 'in stock'.

No SUPER about this company. Terrible service. Avoid at all costs. They portray themselves as based in uk offering 2-3 days delivery on the shower valve I required. But it’s actually German! So in actual fact the delivery time was then changed upon purchase to 2-3 weeks which is not acceptable when your website shows otherwise and if Id know this before hand I would of used another company. It wouldn’t be so bad if the customer service actually admitted to this error but instead after numerous phone calls the same response of we cannot help you with where your product is was just not satisfactory. As they are a third party it clearly doesn’t make sense to display delivery times of 2-3 days when they then change to indicative delivery times of 2-3 weeks, it’s not acceptable to say they are accurate ‘most of the time’, as if that’s the case then say that on your website in the first place on products you don’t stock rather then messing customers and clients around. DO NOT RISK BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY. FIRST AND LAST TIME EVER USING THIS COMPANY. PLENTY OF OTHER TRUSTWORTHY SIMILAR COMPANIES OUT THERE!! If I could I would give zero stars.

I have placed the order for a toilet + toilet seat, which were sold as a package deal and marked as "in stock". The website states dispatch within 48h. I have called 48h later, as I did not receive any confirmation of the items being dispatched. Firstly, it took several calls before someone answered, they told me they are still processing my payment and this is causing the delay. I called my bank who has confirmed that the payment has been collected by superbath the day before! I called back again, it took several calls before I got hold of someone. They did not mention anything about the payment anymore, but this time they said that the toilet seat that I have ordered as a part of the package is out of stock and only the toilet is available. I have asked them to send me the toilet then and the toilet seat at the later date, as I currently have contractors in the house and they can't wait weeks to install the toilet. They said they can't do this, as the whole order needs to be sent together. In response to why does it show as "In stock", they said it might have been because someone has reserved it. I have checked their website today, 5 days after I have placed the order and the items still show as "in stock". Not only the package deal that I have ordered but also the toilet seat on its own! I have written to them, which they have replied to saying they "should" have the toilet seat in about a week and then it would take another 3-4 working days before it reaches me. I have gone back to them to say this is not good enough as I'm losing money for every day they delay my order and the only reason I have bought this item was because it was showing as "in stock" and given they still advertise it as available with the dispatch in 48h, they should send it to me. They have not replied so far! I am really disappointed with the service especially that they are supposed to be German company so you would expect them to be really efficient.
