“Went to Supercheap Manukau and wanted stainless exhaust clamps and exhaust cement at customer service desk. When I had the guys attention I explained what I needed and if he could direct me. He looked at me and said what's your rego? U don't need it. He showed silicon but I found the cement i wanted myself. Told him to wash face and wake up. Poor product knowledge in staff. Need more training. Advice jubilee clips and silicone sealant for exhaust. Need more mechanical minded and product savvy staff.”
