“Was let down big time this week with an order that was supposed to be delivered earlier in the week. Urgently needed for customes costumes needed to be completed in the next 2 days. Apparently courier company never collected it dpoke with the courier company and apparently supercheap kept cancelling collection don't know who is lying or what the real story is all I know is that over $200 of fabric was not delivered and I have to return $750 worth of customers deposits as I can't make the deadline. Good chance I will now lose work which is a shame for Supercheap fabrics as I was considering purchasing alot of my farics from them weekly. May I suggest that Supercheap finds another courier seeing as Transdirect cannot collect before you close up at 3 pm week days as you would be much better taking your chances with Australia Post.”
