“Not at all impressed with my order, not only did one of the fabrics have an enormous fault in the middle of it but one of the fabrics was not available and clearly not updated on the website, all other fabrics are cut on the short side or barely the amount ordered which does not provide at all for shrinkage - especially the linen!! I am very disappointed with my order.”

Hi Leesa Sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your order. Our apologies about the fault in one of your fabrics - if you'd reached out to us we could have sent out a replacement fabric straight away. If there is ever a mistake we will do our best to rectify it and ensure the customer is happy. When you say the fabrics are cut on the short side - unfortunately, we cannot cut more than what a customer orders as we have to maintain our inventory and it would make this very difficult to do so. On the note of maintaining inventory - you did order the last metre of one fabric but unfortunately, we had completely sold out - we issued you a refund immediately for this. Please check your Paypal account. I would suggest a cold gentle wash for all fabrics to prevent shrinkage. Particularly for pure linen as this type of fabric is known to shrink. I'd also advise against tumble drying as this can shrink pure linen by up to 5%. Please feel free to reach out to us via shop@supercheapfabrics.com.au if you'd like to discuss this further.

“one of the fabrics has an enormous fault across it-not very impressed with super cheap fabrics on the whole-also they are not at all generous with their cuts, some are barely the amount ordered.”
