“fabric was not voile but cotton and polyester which I detected following the burn test fabric should not be listed as a voile I suggest that you reclassify this fabric as a cotton/polyester. I can’t recommend, with confidence, your store at the moment Sent from my iPhone”

“Always good. However this time when I ordered 4 meters it came in two pieces so I'm unable to use well for the pattern I have in mind. Disappointed that it wasn't one cut.”

“Probably an unfair mark as I guess it is the result of covid - shipping delays! AT your end you did everything very promptly. But nearly three weeks after being told that the item was out for post, I am still waiting. It is very frustrating and puts me off buying from overseas again. Or at least until the pandemic has been well and truly dealt to.”

“I ordered 6 pieces of fabric and they arrived today after one month. With some I am very happy and some a bit disappointed. I ordered 5 x 1 metre and 1 x 2 metre. However, I got 2 x 1.5 metres and none of 2 metres.”

“I was led to think my order was being sent from NZ but in fact it comes from Aus. Still waiting. I am aware of the delays with post which is why have been trying to source my fabrics within NZ. Dissappointed.”
