“Amazing customer service! I have been in the store a few times and the lovely staff have always helped me with my projects, Giving me suggestions with fabrics, showing me different options etc. I had an issues with a fabric I bought a year ago and they swapped it over for another fabric even though I hadn’t kept the receipt. Highly recommend!”

“Hi All! Have received a number of orders from Super Cheap Fabrics after very recently finding them online. I will reveal my age now as me and my Mum used to subscribe to Minco donkeys years ago!! OMG! So miss those large envelopes arriving in the mailbag with all the swatches. It costs businesses today quite a bit I suspect to arrange and post this type of advertising of available fabrics. Recently received swatches from a Knitwit connection...Really makes a difference to be able to see and feel a fabric; BUT: in this day and age of online shopping, by the time one receives samples via the camel A/Post all will/may have been sold out. What a world we live in these days! even so, really pleased with the response time from Super Cheap Fabrics. the only rusty link in the chain is Australia Post - have tracked some of my online orders [not necessarily from Super Cheap Fabrics] travelling from Melbourne to Adelaide and then to Perth back to Adelaide and THEN to Alice Springs - go figure!! Not suppliers fault - just means they employ people who cannot read and have no comprehension of the places within Australia [maybe no one is taught geography these days at school - buggered if I know but frustrating from this side of delivery!]. thank you Super Cheap for processing all my orders in smart fashion - appreciate your dedication and response. stay safe..Cheers. “I am going to make pyjama shorts for all my great nephews from this cotton & others I’ve purchased. It’s lovely & soft but crisp at the same time. “Everything about my first Super Cheap Fabrics order went well. It arrived in a timely manner, the price was amazing especially for wool and cashmere fabric, and the fabric itself was stunning, so soft and warm. I plan on using these fabrics for next Autumn so haven’t made anything up yet to show. Great company, prices and quality fabrics!”
