“My first time to order fabric online and I wish I hadn’t - the service and delivery was fine but the fabric quality is dreadful I am really disappointed. I would never have bought the fabric if I’d shopped in person - I have wasted my money. I can’t bring myself to throw it away so will be donating it to a charity I know who will be able to make use of it.”

“I hvae purchased online in this store a few times now. I am happy with my purchases and quality of the fabrics bought and supplied. The delivery time in lockdown and out of lockdown has been great and all products I jhave bought and used have been on the same level as if I bought from Lindcraft or Spotlight . I am happy to buy online and shop in this store as the divery and goods quality is good .”

“Happy with material purchased. Good quality and great choice of fabrics and prices. N.B. Haberdashery was also purchased however should have been packaged separate to the fabrics as pins caught on one of the fabrics and pulled a thread.”

“I can only praise this online fabric store! This was the first product that I have bought online from Super Cheap Fabrics and I am very impressed by the customer service as well as the product. I purchased a cotton/linen drill of very fine quality and a corduroy of which the colour was exactly how it appears online. Moreover, these products were half the price of what is offered at larger commercial fabric stores. One particular item that I ordered had a minor imperfection over a few meters. The staff called me to inform me, they showed it to me via FaceTime and then gave me several options regarding the purchase. I chose to continue with the purchase and they gave me the remaining of the fabric bolt - an extra 2 meters. I am impressed by their attention to detail, quality control, customer service and the extra effort to check with the customer. I’ll be buying from this store again.”
