“SuperCheap Fabrics are normally great value and quality, but sadly their customer service is appalling. Just over two weeks ago I emailed their customer service(or lack there of), asking a question about the Cashmere Wool blend they have, this fabric is one of their more expensive ones and I was looking at about 5 metres for a coat, a simple question as to the amount of fraying that this fabric has. Sadly I assume from their silence that they are just too busy to answer emails from long term internet customers. What a let down from what was a good seller.”

“I am very happy with the silk dupion fabric that I ordered from Super Cheap Fabrics. It was much cheaper than in other stores and quality was as good. I made drapes from it for three windows in our home. Attached is the photo. I highly recommend Super Cheap Fabrics.”

“I have purchased several fabrics from your company and the quality is good. I would like to suggest some improvements however. Show the fabric flat as it comes off the roll with any panels or changes in designs apparent. I often don’t buy because I can’t see enough of what it looks like. Show a close up of the weave and also the opacity and drape. Allow half metres to be purchased rather than just whole ones. Include a packing slip as last time my order arrived short and this would help alleviate this. Thanks”
